Docnote is a medical platform that allows patients to conveniently request services from their doctors that are not covered by the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP), while allowing physicians to be fairly compensated for administering said services.
With the start-up playing in such a contentious field, the challenge was predicated around the question of how we might introduce the brand in a manner that conveys the value of its adoption to both patients and physicians alike?

To help communicate this effectively, we created a patient-facing video that would implicitly communicate the value of the platform to physicians to appreciate the service offering and be equipped to translate the value to their patients.

As part of the identity design process, we ensured that there was a congruence between what was portrayed in the brand and marketing collateral and the UI. From the print material and client start-up kit to the various marketing websites to the platform interface, we designed them all to maintain the Docnote brand to be visually and tonally consistent.
